Bushra is the director of Endeavour Education Consulting in Melbourne.

She has more than 16 years of experience in education and possesses a comprehensive knowledge of the Australian Education System. She has completed two bachelor degrees in Education as well as a Masters Degree in TESOL (Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages), which she obtained from Latrobe University Melbourne. Following extensive years of experience within the field of recruitment of both international and domestic students, along with her practical and advanced experience as an IELTS teacher, Bushra encompasses all the credible attributes necessary for her role as the director of Endeavour Education Consulting. She demonstrates exceptional knowledge of the Australian Education System, the English language level required for all courses and the requirements of each education provider within Australia.

Bushra worked as a high school teacher for over 15 years at various secondary establishments in Melbourne and as well as within tertiary institutions as a tutor at The University of Melbourne. Her extensive expertise have allowed her extend her horizons and broaden the scope of her work to the domestic and international adult education sector. Bushra worked as the Melbourne Branch Director for Lawand Education recruiting international students to Australian universities in addition to universities in the United States of America. She also worked as an Education Consultant and ELICOS teacher for TMG College, for recruiting international and domestic students.

Bushra has worked very closely with Middle Eastern Communities in Melbourne. Her involvement within these communities has enabled her to provide education counselling and pathways to many clients, thus enabling them to pursue their desired courses and career pathways. Her previous volunteer leadership roles for various non-for-profit organizations in Victoria have enabled her to undertake an active role in society and work very attentively with these communities.
